I-ON provides Internet access services to its Subscribers through the Site including but not limited to Broadband Services, Digital Television Services, Over the Top Boxes, Content Streaming, entertainment and value added services and all other services that may be launched and provided through the Website.

4. User Responsibilities

4.1Registration / Customer Log In

4.1.1For an User to avail any Services or Plans through the Website, registration of the User on the website is mandatory. Registration process may involve without limitation, setting up of a profile with your personal details and such miscellaneous information.

4.1.2I-ON may rely on the authority of any person providing their credentials. I-ON has no responsibility or liability with regard to the privacy, safety and security of any information (including Personal Information) that you may voluntarily share with any third parties for availing their products or services, through the Website or by any unauthorized access.

4.1.3You also warrant the accuracy, truthfulness and correctness of all the information that you submit while accessing or using the Website. On account of you providing any information which the Company has reasonable grounds to suspect that it is untrue or incorrect, the Company reserves its right to suspend your access to the Website.

4.1.4On account of you providing your personal information through the Website, you hereby grant consent to the Company, its affiliates or permitted agents / employee’s to contact you, if necessary. In the event of you having not complied with any of the Terms and Conditions mentioned herein, along with the Privacy Policy for access or usage of the Services, the Company reserves its right to immediately terminate or suspend your access to the Services.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. In case of any disputes or claims arising out of the subject – matter of this website, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
